A gathering of the Snyder Boys School students and personnel surround former President Theodore Roosevelt (sixth from left in front row) and his friend, fishing and business partner, Russell Coles, to Roosevelt's right. Roosevelt visited the school on several occasions, and he and Coles fished the waters surrounding Captiva numerous times.
