A picture of the "official car" used by the Tamiami Trail Blazers. Tamiami Trail Blazers, the 1st men to cross the unfinished portion of the trail (from Ft. Myers to Everglades City) in automobiles. The group included on commissary truck, seven Model T Fords, and a new Elcar. Only the seen Fords made it. The Flord Model T Coupe, owned by Florida Grower magazine, in which Russell Kay and Frank Whitmen made the trip. Photographed April 4-22, 1923

The festival is denoted by the printed phrase "A.K. 89" meaning Anno Koresh, the annual calendar system created by the Koreshan's. The pamphlet is a souvenir that explains what Koreshan Universology was.
